E. The technical evaluation of the companies will be conducted based on the following documents and through a scoring system. Qualified companies will be invited to submit their price quotations in the second stage.

1. Articles of Association and Official Gazette
2. Latest Official Gazette notice of company changes
3. Company profile and documents demonstrating previous clients’ satisfaction regarding the supply of similar parts
4. Technical specifications and catalogs of equipment related to the subject of the call
5. Certificate of representation / authorized sales / knowledge-based company certification (if applicable)

G. Deadline for Submission of Public Call Envelopes: By the end of official working hours on Saturday, July 18, 2026.
