About Pars Tamin Mining Development Company
Pars Tamin Mining Development Company, the mining arm of Sadr Tamin Investment Company, was established in 2008 and has been active since 2012 in the exploration, extraction, and operation of mines with a comprehensive approach to the mining industry. Following reconnaissance, prospecting, general, and detailed studies in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, which continue across the province to this day, the company obtained an exploration certificate in 2020 for the Madofti Gold Mine, with 24.5 million tons of proven reserves and 48.9 million tons of probable reserves. In less than one year, in 2021, the company obtained a license to establish a gold recovery plant with a capacity of 443 kg of gold bullion. In addition to the Madofti Gold Mine, the company holds five promising registered exploration areas covering 150 square kilometers, with gold and copper mineral potential.
Pars Tamin Mining Development Company has also obtained a license to establish a 5,000-ton stone paper production plant and an operating license for a limestone mine.
By the end of 2023, following completion of the two aforementioned plants in the less-developed provinces of Sistan and Baluchestan and Ilam, the company is expected to create 1,000 direct and indirect jobs at the gold recovery and stone paper production plants.
The company is also among the first companies to place particular emphasis on social considerations and targeted social responsibility initiatives even before entering the operational phase. This approach has facilitated the company’s investment in less-developed provinces.
