Pars Tamin Mining Development Company, a subsidiary of Sadr Tamin Investment Company, implemented community support policies under its corporate social responsibility commitments prior to official operations. Key initiatives included purchasing 3 minibuses for students, constructing 2 bridges, and building a community health center.
According to company documents from 2019 and 2020, student support was prioritized through the purchase of stationery and educational packages. In 2021, Pars Tamin bought 2 school minibuses, rented additional vehicles for student transportation, and surveyed impassable routes to reconstruct and establish safe transit roads.

Deploying Doctors and Dredging Flood-Damaged Agricultural Lands, Orchards, Aqueducts, and Roads

In 2022, continuing its social responsibility policies, Pars Tamin dedicated 100% of its capacity to serving the people of Taftan and Mirjaveh. The company prioritized dredging agricultural lands, orchards, and aqueducts, as well as reopening roads blocked by regional floods, ensuring local communities benefited from its services. This gold enterprise, affiliated with SHASTA and TICO, expanded its distribution of living aid and educational packages—including bags, shoes, stationery, and university entrance exam books—exceeding its 2019 and 2020 service levels. Furthermore, to enhance healthcare services in cooperation with relevant organizations, it prioritized deploying two doctors, providing essential medicines, and conducting weekly visits to local residences and health centers. Alongside these initiatives, Pars Tamin also worked on releasing prisoners, setting up Arbaeen stations, delivering clean drinking water, and supporting local sports teams.

Constructing 2 Bridges and a Health Center in the First Half of 2023

The beginning of 2023 was critical for Pars Tamin and Sadr Tamin regarding social responsibility, requiring them to sustain existing welfare policies while establishing frameworks for future services. Under its forward-looking policies, the company aimed to construct a health center in Bidashtar and rebuild two flood-damaged bridges within the first six months of the year. Partnering with the local governorship and road department, bridge construction began and was completed in June. Construction and equipping of the previously approved health center also commenced, targeted for completion by late September. Additionally, to further improve student transportation early that year, the company purchased another minibus and rented more vehicles for school routes.

Constructing 2 Water Treatment Plants in Taftan and Mirjaveh in the Second Half of 2023

Pars Tamin strives to enroll local youth in vocational training courses, enabling them to gain employment directly or indirectly within the company. The mining firm also aims to establish two water treatment plants in Taftan and Mirjaveh to provide clean drinking water, while supplying 10,000 liters of daily water via tankers in the interim. Green mining, equipping schools with hardware and software, distributing educational aid packages, repairing aqueducts, restoring roads, recruiting pediatricians and female physicians, building sports grounds, sponsoring athletic teams, hosting cultural and environmental workshops, establishing border Arbaeen stations near Pakistan, and freeing prisoners represent additional initiatives planned through the end of 2023.
