Pars Tamin Mines Development Company intends to identify active contractors in order to carry out the implementation operations of completing the access road to the Madofti open-pit mine on the Sunib-Kharistan axis through a public call for identification under the following conditions. Therefore, applicants are invited to send the requested information to the following address. It is also announced that the deadline for submitting envelopes containing the documents of the public call for identification will be 15:00 on Wednesday, 02/07/1404:

A – Applicant companies must have a ranking obtained from the Planning and Budget Organization in the field of road construction operations.

B – The technical evaluation criteria of the companies are based on the following documents and through a scoring system and will be obtained from qualified companies in the second stage of price inquiry.

C – The technical score and evaluation will be effective in the prices submitted in the second stage. (According to Article 12 of the Tender Documentation Regulations with an impact factor of 35 percent).

D – It should be noted that only companies that are native to the province or are currently operating in the region are eligible to participate in this call. Obviously, proposals submitted by companies that do not meet the above conditions will not be processed.

Latest announcement of company changes

List of road construction machinery belonging to the applicant companies (bidders)

Providing a standard organizational chart for implementing related projects

List of key company personnel in accordance with the organizational chart provided along with the company’s technical personnel along with insurance records

Providing documents related to the company’s financial strength (providing a bank letter of credit of at least 3,500 billion rials or an audited financial statement for the year 1403)

Providing a contract history with issues related to the subject of the call (at least 4 contracts in the last 5 years)

Providing a letter of consent from previous road construction projects

Providing a history of related activities in Sistan and Baluchestan province
