Masjeed Jamei becomes the head of Shasta’s Cultural and Organizational Culture Council
The CEO of Social Security Investment Company (Shasta) appointed Ahmad Masjeed Jamei as the head of Shasta’s Cultural and Organizational Culture Council and its subsidiaries in a decree.
Based on the decree of Mohammad Reza Saeedi, CEO of Shasta, Masjeed Jamei will be responsible for cultural policy-making and organizational culture management in the Shasta complex.
Saeedi emphasized the importance of institutionalizing an organizational culture based on entrepreneurship, innovation, trustworthiness, sharing knowledge and resources, and honesty, and considered the development of organizational culture to be an effective factor in promoting organizational productivity and excellence.
The members of the Cultural Council are scheduled to be introduced in the coming days.
In this meeting, it was also decided that the CEOs of holdings and subsidiaries will have the necessary cooperation and support in implementing the policies of the Cultural Council.
Jamei Mosque was the former Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, and his portfolio includes the former chairmanship of the Tehran City Islamic Council and the deputy head of the Great Islamic Encyclopedia Center.
