According to the Public Relations Department of Pars Tamin Mining Development Company, the Annual General Meeting of the company’s shareholders for the fiscal year ended March 20, 2022 (29 Esfand 1400) was held on the morning of April 27, 2022 (7 Ordibehesht 1401) at SadrTamin Holding, with the participation of shareholders’ representatives, senior managers of SadrTamin Holding, the company’s auditor and legal inspector, as well as the CEO and members of the Board of Directors.

At the beginning of the meeting, following the appointment of the Board of the General Meeting and their taking their respective positions, Mohammad Nabi Nouri, CEO of Pars Tamin, presented a report on the company’s major activities during the fiscal year ended March 20, 2022, to the members attending the meeting in his capacity as Secretary of the General Meeting.

Referring to the company’s most important achievements in 2021, Nouri highlighted several key measures, including the selection of contractors for the construction of the gold extraction plant in Sistan and Baluchestan Province and the stone paper production plant in Ilam Province, as well as obtaining all the necessary permits.

He also pointed to a 2.4-fold increase in mineral reserves, a 38.5-fold increase in the company’s registered capital, from IRR 65 billion to IRR 2.5 trillion, a 240% increase in the company’s exploration targets, and a 700% increase in the company’s budget compared with the previous year.

Nouri stated that all these achievements demonstrate the significant growth of Pars Tamin Mining Development Company.

He further described Pars Tamin as a pioneering company in mineral exploration and mineral industries, highlighting its use of advanced exploration methods, particularly AMT (Audio-Magnetotelluric) surveys, which were used for the first time in Iran’s mining sector.
