The CEO of Sadr Tamin Investment Company, at the six-month performance evaluation meeting of Pars Tamin Mines Development Company, appreciated the presence of talented youth from Sistan and Baluchestan province in the management levels of Pars Tamin and the recruitment of local workers in the Taftan Gold Factory.
According to the public relations report of Pars Tamin Mines Development Company, quoted by TASICO, the CEO of Sadr Tamin, at the six-month performance evaluation meeting of Pars Tamin Mines Development Company on Saturday, 1403/07/28, referred to the necessity of developing human capital in the field of industry in Sistan and Baluchestan province and the performance of Sadr Tamin Holding in determining a human resources strategy based on the recruitment and training of local workers in the region, and said; Today we are talking about successful performance in Taftan, not future plans!
Referring to the impact of the presence and services of Mr. Rahman Rahmatzahi and Khalid Kahrazeh as executive members of the Pars Tamin Mine Development Board over the past years, Amir Hossein Naderi emphasized: If we can provide the opportunity for the province’s worthy youth to participate in Pars Tamin as in the past few years and help individuals to be promoted to the highest management level based on their merit, we will have been successful.
We are seeking to create a platform for the growth of individuals at a global level in the mining industry so that we can meet the needs of not only Taftan and the province, but also Iran and the region, and we believe that our honorable youth can.
The Managing Director of Sadr Tamin, referring to the establishment of the Pars Tamin Company office in Zahedan and the recruitment of local workers in the factory and mine, referred to the holding of a recruitment test held at the provincial level in Shahrivar 1402 and said: More than 600 people participated in the recruitment test, of which more than 120 were sent to Mota for specialized training at the international level, and the result is the transfer of technical, professional, and industrial knowledge and its institutionalization by local human resources, and the localization of this knowledge in the region.
The Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sadr Tamin added; We are at the beginning of the path and phase one has been completed and so far we have attracted human capital by designing the process of recruiting and training local workers, and in subsequent development plans, we will achieve a high number of employment in the region and the country until the production of 11 tons of gold in 1409.
